Each shoe varies in cost depending on the artwork, the artist, and the detail of design. Generally speaking, Your Kicks retails between $109.95 to $249.95.

Can you do a custom pair and for how much?

Yes, we do custom pairs. The cost varies depending on the intricacies of your design. Please email us on our 'Contact Us' page and we will be sure to respond in a timely fashion.

Can I send my kicks to you and have you paint them?

Sorry, we currently do not allow you to send your personal kicks in to get painted. Our own Your Kicks shoes are fashionable and comfortable.

What kind of paints do you use?

Your Kicks uses exclusive paint made specifically for us. This paint has been tried and tested to guarantee the longevity of the artwork. As well, we mix in our own formula to ensure the paint colors stay brilliant and last for years. Finally, we spray a protective sealant over the kicks so they can be worn in almost any weather.

Will the paint chip off?

The paint will not chip off as long as the kicks are worn under normal conditions. These are not meant to be used for hiking or used as sport shoes. If you treat them appropriately, the paint will never chip off. Do not place Your Kicks in the washing machine. Remember, you are wearing a work of art.

If you buy a pair from our catalogue we will have the kicks shipped within 48 hours. If you purchase a custom designed pair the turn-around time varies. Please email us for more detail on this subject.

What do the kicks come with

Each pair of kicks is delivered in an exclusive Your Kicks Numbered Certificate of Authenticity that guarantess your shoe is a limited authentic hand painted shoe. Each pair of shoes has a number that is exclusive for that design. Lastly, each pair is delivered with a Your Kicks silk shoe bag. You can use the bag to keep You Kicks clean and for travel purposes.

Where are the kicks shipped from?

We ship the shoes from our artist studio in Beverly Hills, California.

What sizes do you carry?

We currently stock both womens and mens kicks. For women's, the size run is 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, and 10.0. For men's, the size run is 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

What is your return policy?

We allow shoe return exchanges for your purchase. You must ensure the shoes have not been worn to receive a full refund. We will only refund kicks that are registered through our website. You must fill out the registration form (available here) and type in your exclusive shoe number. Kicks that are defective are allowed for return. You may exchange your items if they are the wrong size or if you ordered the incorrect pair. Please read our Return Policy.

How many of each shoe do you produce?

Each line of kicks is limited. Some pairs we create hundreds of and other pairs we only limit to 1! Each pair of kicks has its production number on the Certificate of Authenticity. This lets our customers know which number their artwork is.
